Calender with availability and prices
The calender shows the the seasons and their corresponding prices.
Weekends / weeks marked with "X", are occupied. The calender updates after each booking.
Weekend rental (friday noon - sunday 2:00 p.m.) is available in D-weeks and E-weeks. It is a mandatory, that the week before and after the weekend is open.
Feel free to ask for any combination of days if you have special requirements, we try hard to be flexible.

Payment: 50% by recieving the confirmation and 50% 14 days before arrival. For weekends the full amount is due to payment 30 days before arrival. If there is less than 14 days from booking to arrival the total amount is to be paid immediately when recieving confirmation.
Electricity is to be paid per use. There is a meter in the house that is meassured on arrival and departure. The payment is 6,- DKK per kWh. Payment is setteled with Mrs. Kirsten Sønderhaven by departure.
Final cleaning is mandatory and already included in the rental price. (This is not the case for weekend rentals - ask for more information)
