Wonderful and idyllic luxury holiday cottage with thatched roof. In the house you will find a sauna.
There are 52 cottages in the compound that shares an indoor swimmng pool, an outdoor swimmingpool (only open during the summer), 2 tennis courts and and playground.
The house is beatifully situated in the nature with dunes and heather. The walls and ceiling is made of wood, on the floor is partial carpets and tiles.
Nice bathroom with shower and washingmashine. From the bathroom is access to the sauna.
Tha kitchen is equiped with a dishwasher, stowe with 4 hot-plates, microwave owen, toaster, Coffee brewer, refrigarator with freezer.
In the living room is cosy in the real Danish fasion with open fireplace, equiped with Hi-Fi (tuner and CD) Colour TV with DVD and Videotape player.
The Dining room has a large glass facade and a skylight window that gives a beatiful view of the garden and lots of light in the house.
4 bedrooms of which 2 are with twin beds and the two other are with single beds. The house is perfect for two families. Equipment for small children is also available e.g. transportable baby bed.
Large, open terrace with nice shelters where you can rest in the furnitures and preparing the meals on the grill.
Among the shared facilities available we would mention the indoor pool (opens from approx. 03.04.and closes 01.11.), 2 tennis courts and playground for the children.
There is Internet in the house.
The key to the house can be picked up from Mrs. Kirsten Sønderhaven. Normal arival is between 2.00 p.m. and 3 p.m. alteration is possible.
Electricity is paid by use and is determined by departure when the key is returned to Mrs. Sønderhaven. Normal departure is between 11.00 a.m. and noon.
Cleaning the house at the end of the stay is mandatory, and already included in the renting price (for weekly bookings only)
